Useful before clever
Every recipe should tell you what to prepare, how long to cook it and which labels need checking.
Why this table exists
The Coeliac Table is a practical collection of gluten-free dishes, detailed cooking methods, ingredient checks and everyday kitchen-safety guidance for people living with coeliac disease.
Recipes are designed around naturally gluten-free ingredients or identify the packaged products that must carry a clear gluten-free label. Because brands and manufacturing methods change, the label on the food in your hand always takes priority.
The guide is educational rather than medical. Questions about diagnosis, symptoms or individual nutritional needs should be discussed with a clinician or registered dietitian.

Every recipe should tell you what to prepare, how long to cook it and which labels need checking.
Cross-contact, shared oil and unclear ingredients are treated as essential information, not fine print.
Living gluten-free should expand the table rather than make it smaller.
